Dear Recruits and Parents,
Welcome to Peak Pursuit Consulting! You are about to begin your journey into the complicated maze of the collegiate gymnastics’ recruitment process. As founder of PPR, I have over 20 years of experience in the world of gymnastics - beginning as a competitive gymnast in my youth to most recently as a collegiate coach and recruiter.
I possess an unwavering dedication and firsthand understanding of the challenges inherent in the recruitment process. In my years as a girls’ club coach, I have helped gymnasts build the skills and discipline needed to become an elite athlete. I have seen several of my students achieve their goal of becoming collegiate athletes at their dream school.
I have also been at the opposite end of the spectrum as I have been a collegiate coach and recruiter. It is critical that gymnast and parents have an experienced professional on their “team” to provide guidance and support throughout this journey. As a Recruitment Specialist and former collegiate coach of a Top Ten university, I have the unique ability to offer comprehensive and practical solutions to ease the burden on parents and recruits. I will provide an honest assessment of strengths and weaknesses, develop a personalized strategic plan based on this assessment, frequent communication sessions and much more!
I have visited and recruited at countless schools over the years. As such, I can provide valuable insight into the nuanced decision-making processes of college coaches in selecting the ideal athletes for their team.
Lastly, this journey is about establishing a strong relationship based on communication and trust. It is about working together to learn what is the best fit for the gymnast, their family and most importantly . . . your dream school.
